My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The location is fantastic, right at the heart of Bandung, which made it convenient for me to explore the city. The service was a bit mixed as while they were able to make a surprise congratulations gesture for my sister's graduation, some aspects like friendliness were lacking. The dining experience offered a good variety of food choices, but there is room for improvement. The rooms, however, needed better maintenance with some issues like malfunctioning lamps and the toilet door not closing properly.
